Oregon Scientific's answer is to ignore the screw-up and hope it goes away. I just tried to set up this monster (I600), and found problems confounded by poor design backed by no support and poor web structure on the part of Oregon Scientific. No software support, poor malfunctioning hardware and really poor documentation.
